Sometimes I like to share what I’m listening to in a week. This week’s stuff:

1. The Shamen – Boss Drum  Back when in the desert called South Texas, my friend Mandy and me jammed to this album. She made late night chips and salsa, and we’d dance and laugh like no one was watching.
2. Deeper Purpose at EDC Las Vegas 2024: Cosmic Meadow Stage I listened to an amazing DJ on Twitch for a while and they always dropped “Party Diva” into their set. This mix is great at clearing my head and is full on amazing. When I think of PLUR, I think of this.
3. Utah Saints-Something Good  One cannot go wrong with this right here.
4. 3 Doors Down- Seventeen Days I bought this album the day it came out. The kids and I did one of those marathon I-10 Mississippi to Texas drives, and we listened to this on repeat the whole way.  Landing in Landon with Bob Seger is solid.
5. Orbital-Halcyon and On and On This song is magical to me, and I think the best usage of this is at the end of Mortal Kombat (1995)
